Walker Drake, Portfolio Manager
After seven years in Denver, Walker Drake is coming home. A Creighton University graduate with a BSBA in Finance, Walker brings five years of financial industry experience to his new role as Portfolio Manager, including deep work in credit analysis and internal reporting.
What brought him back home wasn’t just a job opportunity. It was community. He’s returning with his fiancée Sarah and their mini dachshund Boomie, ready to put down roots in the region that shaped him.
Outside of work, Walker is a passionate hockey enthusiast who played for nine years and enjoys attending Avalanche and Eagles games. He is thrilled to be back and looks forward to contributing to the vibrant landscape of Northern Colorado.
Matt Hanson, Mortgage Lender
A Colorado native and one of the newest mortgage lenders serving the Northern Colorado area, Matt brings over a decade of experience guiding clients through home purchases and refinances. He works with a full range of loan programs including FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as construction loans for clients building from the ground up.
His approach comes down to two things: clear communication and genuine care. Matt believes every client deserves to fully understand their options, not just what they’re signing, but why it’s the right fit. Whether you’re searching for home loans or exploring construction financing for a new build, he brings the knowledge and the patience to get you there.
A Colorado native born in Denver, Matt now lives in Northern Colorado with his wife and three sons. He fishes, skis, and camps. He understands this community because he’s actively a part of it.
