Tanya Stephens, SBA Business Development Officer

Tanya joins FMS Bank with over 16 years of banking experience and a career that has taken her across nearly every role a banker can hold: Branch Manager, Commercial Lender, Market President, and SBA Lender. She’ll be working on a national level within the SBA 7(a) arena, expanding FMS Bank’s reach and connecting businesses across the country with the capital they need to grow.

What makes Tanya exceptional isn’t just the range of her experience. It’s the breadth of industries she understands. Healthcare, agriculture, trucking, hospitality, restaurants, electrical, and landscape are just a few. Off the clock, she is most at home on the water. Paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and traveling with family and friends. A natural adventurer in and out of the office.

Eddie Balch, Business Development Officer

Eddie brings more than 20 years of banking experience to FMS Bank, built across sales management, business banking, and commercial lending. His expertise in real estate, business acquisition and expansion, commercial and industrial loans, and SBA lending makes him one of the most well-rounded business bankers you’ll find at any community bank in Colorado.

He has worked alongside businesses in manufacturing, trucking, hospitality, restaurants, HVAC, landscaping, and beyond. Eddie is the kind of banker who walks in already understanding the challenges you’re facing, because he has helped business owners navigate them before.

Outside of work, Eddie is all about family. Road trips, his kids’ events, and catching a professional sporting event when the schedule allows. He shows up for the people around him, and that doesn’t stop when he leaves the office.
