Ryan is the Chief Executive Officer of NAI Affinity and Affinity Partners, LLC, a Northern Colorado–based commercial real estate firm within the global NAI network. With more than two decades in the industry, Ryan has worked across nearly every major property type, helping guide complex real estate decisions while also investing in and developing projects throughout the western United States. His approach is rooted in partnership, disciplined growth, and a deep understanding of how development shapes communities over time.
Beyond the office, Ryan has consistently invested his time and leadership in the region. He has served as Chair of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce Board and President of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors, along with contributing to numerous civic, healthcare, and educational organizations. His leadership and impact have earned recognition from Colorado State University and BizWest as one of Northern Colorado’s most influential business leaders.
A proud Colorado State University graduate, Ryan remains closely connected to CSU and the broader Northern Colorado community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, traveling, and catching live music or a good game whenever he can.
